Surprises kids in hospital yet again!

Johnny has been much known to stop by children's hospitals over the years, and he is not planning to stop doing it!
He also visits a children's hospital in Tahiti to greet sick children on his birthday!




Because it's Johnny's birthday, they sing for him whether he likes it or not.



Some kids were not as thrilled when a scary pirate comes swaggering into the hospital, but Captain Jack always has the solution!
